What is a ticket?
One ticket is one match. When you create a match, 1 ticket is used. Tickets stay valid for the full duration of your plan, and unused tickets expire when the plan ends.
Can I try SixerLive before paying?
Yes. Open the free live demo (no login needed), and every new account also gets a 2-match free trial valid for 7 days, with the Silver themes. The free trial is limited to one per phone number.
Which streaming software does it work with?
SixerLive works with OBS, vMix and PRISM. You add the overlay link as a Browser Source, and the dashboard shows a step-by-step OBS guide for every match.
Can I score from my phone?
Yes. The scoring panel works in any browser, so you can score ball by ball from your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.
How do I pay?
Online through Razorpay, using UPI, cards or net banking. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can see every payment and download a receipt under Payments in your dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Plans are digital, so refunds are given only in specific cases such as a duplicate payment, or a payment taken without the plan being activated. Please read our Refund Policy for details.
I deleted a match. Do I get my ticket back?
If no scoring had started, your ticket is given back. If scoring had started or the match was finished, the ticket stays used.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use Forgot password on the log in page. A reset link is sent to the email saved on your account (you can add one under Account in your dashboard). If no email is saved, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Can I add my team logos and colours?
Yes. You can upload a logo for each team, and team colours can be changed on selected designs.
